Amy is our Director of Yoga and Healing Services.  She began her yoga journey seeking connection with friends and a way to build strength and flexibility. Her passion grew, leading her to earn her Yoga Teacher Training certification (YTT200) in 2021. In addition to being a certified yoga instructor, Amy is a Certified Raindrop Practitioner and has specialized training in Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kids Yoga, Laughter Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.

She offers classes and workshops for both adults and children, often incorporating essential oils to deepen relaxation and enhance your overall experience. Amy values yoga for the peace, strength, and self-worth it cultivates, and she looks forward to sharing these benefits with the Ubuntu Wellness community.
